Clinical Pilates differs to traditional Pilates methods in that it is an individually tailored treatment method used in conjunction with physiotherapy techniques to address pain, dysfunction and injury. It is both a diagnostic and treatment tool, designed to improve body biomechanics by teaching you to activate your muscles efficiently and correctly. Ideal for use in rehabilitation from injury, to help prevent further injury and to improve general stability, strength and mobility.

In these sessions, the physiotherapist designs and implements a program designed specifically for you based on your initial assessment findings. A home program to continue your training at home is also set and closely monitored. These sessions will include use of equipment, including the pilates reformer.
